The loft look, without the rust

Steel-look doors in corrosion-resistant aluminium

In many markets clients want slim black loft doors but worry about steel rusting, or pay extra for stainless steel. XS-ALU doors give the same slim, industrial look in aluminium: it doesn’t rust, it is much lighter than steel, and it suits bathrooms, wine cellars, humid climates and coastal homes. That makes our systems an easy sell wherever loft doors are in demand.

Quiet rooms, straight profiles

Better sound insulation than welded steel

Welding heat distorts steel profiles, so steel loft doors are rarely perfectly straight, and every small gap lets sound through. Our aluminium profiles stay straight and true, so the seals press evenly along the whole frame. Together with double glazing and silicone gaskets, this gives clearly better sound insulation, ideal for offices, meeting rooms, home offices and bedrooms.

Frequently asked questions

How long does delivery take?

Systems (profiles and hardware) for resellers and fabricators: about 2 weeks, plus transport time. Custom-made elements: about 8 weeks from your confirmed order. Very special designs can take longer.

Do you install?

Our partners install with their own teams or installers, and we train and support them. Where there is no partner or installer nearby, our own team does the installation.

Can I plan your systems in my own software?

Yes. Our systems are available in LogiKal (Forterro), like Schüco, Jansen and Reynaers.

Can I get black anodised profiles?

Yes. Black anodised is one of our standard finishes, alongside mill finish.

Can I get my profiles powder-coated?

Yes. We usually work with a Qualicoat-certified powder coater, for consistent, high-quality finishes.

Can I get special, made-to-measure handles?

Yes. We make custom handles and have our own handle designs. Tell us your idea, and let’s start designing it together.

Can I get special locks or hardware for my projects?

Yes. For us, the small details matter most. Besides our standard FSB, WSS, BEVER and Häfele hardware, we source special locks and fittings for your project.

Can you make curved glass walls?

Yes. We bend profiles from R350 mm for fixed glazing and from R450 mm for doors.
