The door profile is compatible with 4-8 mm thick toughened and laminated glass, providing sound insulation values between 32 dB and 45 dB. Modulusz Esthetic Natural Door perfectly combines natural materials with modern design. With its unique aluminium frame, this door can be clad in wood, ceramic tiles or even stone, making it a perfect fit for any space.

It is designed to mimic the elegance of wood or ceramic walls, while exuding the warmth of natural elements, while aluminium guarantees the product’s durability and low maintenance.

Modulusz 50 – glazed sliding door system

The Modulusz 50 glazed sliding door system is equipped with a revolutionary 3-axis linear sliding mechanism, developed and produced by XS-ALU Building Systems.

This simple yet game-changing 3D sliding system is made of marine-grade aluminium and stainless steel with silicone gaskets. It can reduce the sound level by as much as 36-40dB, and keep out dust and odours from adjacent rooms.

The doors and the fixed frames can be equipped with single- or double-glazed units with sound insulation between 32 and 41 dB.

The profile system with extra narrow profiles and sleek design makes it possible to install the door in an existing metal frame or partition system. This opens up new areas of application where high soundproofing performance is required.

The sliding doors with a glazed partition system can be manufactured in minimalist or industrial designs for traditional homes, loft flats or offices.

Modulusz 50 – glazed folding door system

The Modulus 50 glazed folding door system was developed by combining our pivot and sliding mechanics. Its main advantage is that it is made with extremely narrow profiles of 35 mm, while still allowing the construction of glass structures up to 2.7 m high. The bottom rail is fully submersible in the top layer of the floor, and all components are made of corrosion-resistant materials, making it ideal for wet environments.

The standard version does not include silencer gaskets, but the system can be supplemented with silicone gaskets and profiles. These provide 20-30 dB noise reduction and 90% dust and odour resistance, preventing the ingress of unpleasant odours.

Doors and fixed frames can be manufactured with single-layer toughened glass or double glazing, with a sound insulation performance of between 26 and 41 dB.

The extra narrow profile design allows for seamless integration into existing metal frame or partition systems with minimal installation requirements.

Combined with a glazed partition system, folding doors can be manufactured in minimalist or industrial styles, making them ideal for classic and modern homes and offices.

Modulusz 50 – Twin glass wall

Our Modulusz 50 Twin double glazed symmetrical partition system combines elegance and practicality. The system is specifically designed for office partitioning or use in lecture and meeting rooms.

Thanks to double glazing, it provides higher sound insulation and better interior sound reflection.
The aluminium used in the system is made from 50% recycled aluminium.
Our aim is to improve acoustic performance, lower carbon emissions and a smaller ecological footprint in the building industry.
Our Twin Glass Wall System provides 38-45 dB of sound insulation, depending on whether you choose tempered or sound-insulating laminated glass.

On-site installation is accelerated because it can be produced in modules.

Modulusz 50 – Pivot

We have developed our Modulusz 50 Pivot Door with an innovative, hidden mechanism. Its main advantage is that the leaf profile remains all around at 35 mm thickness, and with the integrated opening actuator, the door can stop at different angles. If you would like to complement your interior spaces with doors and windows that differ from the traditional ones, a pivot door can be an impressive visual element of your home or office.

The XS-ALU Pivot hardware and door system is our development, as well as the push-pull handles with wooden inserts, but we can meet our customer’s unique needs on a project-specific basis as well. Our hardware allows positioning at 90, 0 and -90 degrees.

Pivot doors can be manufactured as single, double or multi-leaf swing doors. High precision needle roller bearings make it very smooth to operate even in larger sizes. We use 50% recycled aluminium in the production of the system, taking care of our environment.

Like our Modulusz 50 system, we also strive for high sound insulation with the Pivot, which is why it will soon be available in the sound-proofing version, with a sound insulation between 32 dB and 43 dB.

Porta Vinarisz is an exclusive floor-mounted door system that is the perfect choice for wine cellars and luxury establishments. It is made of high-quality materials, combined with innovative technology and elegant design to offer both functionality and aesthetics at a high level.

Its main feature is its transparent laminated and tempered floor glass, more than 30 mm thick, which provides maximum safety and durability while giving a modern look. The glass can support loads of up to 300 kg/m² without a centre support.

Professional, automatic opening that can be controlled by remote control, 8000N force mechanism easily lifts step-resistant glass panels over 100 kg.
The 7-axis multi-pivot mechanism (ejector hinge) used on yachts guarantees smooth movement and long service life.

Radikal 74 is our latest outdoor window system. The flush-closing design and hidden hardware make
it special and decorative.
This is an innovative development that makes
the door or
window frame and sash flush on the inside and outside. Its appearance is narrow and exclusive.

In addition, it has unique features such as triple continuous sealing, barrier-free low threshold, hidden yet heavy-duty stainless steel hardware, high thermal and acoustic insulation and up to 180-degree opening.

All our products are made from 50% recycled aluminium, making our doors and windows an environmentally conscious choice.

Solarisz 20 – sliding interior door

Solarisz 20 is an internal sliding partitioning system from XS-Alu Building Systems. Our product is a bottom-supported sliding glass wall system that provides excellent transparency with narrow aluminium struts between the glass panels. Similarly to our other products, our load-bearing profiles also follow a modern, narrow design. Therefore, this product is ideal for creating enclosed spaces quickly and easily, for example, for temporarily separating the living room from the kitchen in the case of a large open-plan kitchen.

50% of all aluminium materials used during the production of this system are from recycled materials, which is a unique feature on the market. Each stainless steel support rollers have a load capacity of 90kg. Therefore, it is possible to use even 3m high glass leaves. With the right soundproof glazing, the system can provide sound insulation of up to 25-32dB, almost equivalent to a standard plasterboard wall’s performance.

The design can be built up to 2, 3 or 4 tracks with single profiling or up to 10 tracks with double profiling. It can be installed as a right or left-sliding version and can even be concealed in the wall. Co-extruded rubber seals ensure the smooth movement of the door leaves. The glass panels can be opened with recessed handles made of brushed stainless steel or aluminium in the colour of choice.

Solarisz 20e – sliding exterior door

Solarisz is a 3-season glass patio system from XS-Alu Building Systems. Our product is a bottom-supported sliding glass wall system that provides complete transparency, meaning that there are no profiles between the glass walls. Similarly to our other products, our load-bearing profiles also follow a modern, narrow design. The advantage of a 3-season, semi-open glass patio system is that overheating will not be an issue, not even on warmer days. In addition, since the glass panels can be slid open almost entirely, the glazed terrace can be transformed into an open space that can be ventilated easily and effortlessly.

Each stainless steel support rollers have a load capacity of 90kg. Therefore, it is possible to use even 3m high glass leaves. Regarding weather conditions, the system can withstand wind speeds of up to 190 km/h.
