Game rules
The Instagram post sweepstakes under the Instagram ID @xs.alu (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”) is organized by XS-ALU Building Systems Ltd,

The Game is announced by the Organiser on its Instagram profile @xs.alu page, post or location starting from 01.07.2023.
These Game Rules are published for the duration of the Game on www.
Persons participating in the Game
Any natural Hungarian citizen or person residing in Hungary who is 18 years of age or older, has an Instagram ID and is capable of acting (hereinafter referred to as “Player”) and is a natural person residing in Hungary may participate in the Game. The Game is not open to the owners, officers, employees of the Organiser and close relatives of all such persons as defined in Section 8:1 (1) (1) of Paragraph 1 of Article 8 of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code.
Duration of the Game
The Game ends on 2023.07.01. 22:00 until 29.07.2023. 10:00.
Game procedure
The Organiser will announce the “Play with us and win €460” Game on Instagram @xs.alu in a post and in a story, hereinafter referred to as “Venue”. The Game will end on 29.07.2023. It will last until 10:00.
To participate in the Game, Players must complete the following tasks:
– Follow the following Instagram profiles: @xs.alu
– In the Game post comment, tag a friend registered on Instagram – i.e. tag them.
– Like or Like the Game post of the Organizer, @xs.alu Instagram ID.
– Share the Game post in a story where you tag the Promoter with the Instagram ID: @xs.alu
By participating in the Game, the Players automatically and expressly accept these Game Rules.
1 (one) prize will be drawn during the Game. The draw will be conducted electronically using a random computer draw program among all participating Players who have entered throughout the duration of the Game, except for any Player who is disqualified from the Game under these Rules. The draw will take place at the Promoter’s premises. The draw is not open to the public.
The Promoter will draw 1 (one) winner. If it is not possible for the winner to be awarded the prize, the Prize will not be offered by the Promoter to anyone else.
Prize
Prize to be drawn in the Prize Draw.
The structure will be installed with 8mm toughened safety glazing, its aluminium frame can be chosen in any RAL colour. Maximum size is 3m2. Screws for the installation of the structure will be provided by the Organiser. The on-site survey is free of charge only in Sopron and Győr. Free delivery of the structure to Sopron or Győr. Delivery to other areas is possible, but for a fee of 250ft/km.
The draw will take place on 2023.07.31 at 10:00. The draw is not open to the public. After the draw the Promoter will contact the Winning Player and announce the Winner in a story.
The Prize is transferable to a close relative. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be resold in any way.
Delivery of the Prize
The Promoter will notify the Winner via email or Instagram message on the day of the draw (the “Notification”).
The Player, by participating in the Game, expressly accepts and agrees that the Organiser will notify the Player by e-mail in the event of the Player winning the Game, as set out in this clause. The Promoter shall not be liable if the Player’s mailing page places the message in a SPAM folder or in a non-visible folder.
The Winning Player must confirm the Notification within 5 (five) working days after the Notification is sent. The Winning Player is obliged to specify the dimensions in cm of the opening where he/she would like the Prize to be installed, or to specify the desired size of the Prize in an e-mail or Instagram message in reply.
Following the confirmation of the Notification, the Promoter will initiate a consultation with the Winner on the conditions (time, place, etc.) of the Prize collection.
If the Winning Player does not respond to the Notification within the specified 5 (five) day period, the Winning Player will no longer be entitled to the Prize.
The Promoter will not provide another opportunity to collect the Prize.
The Promoter shall exclude from the Game any Player to whom the Prize cannot be awarded because their personal data is not true, incomplete or incorrect, or the Player does not comply with all the conditions set out in these Rules for any other reason.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the Player’s misrepresentation.
Winners will not be charged any tax or delivery costs in Sopron or Győr. In the case of distant residence, the delivery costs are 250ft/km + VAT, if the Winner agrees. If the Winning Player wishes to deliver the prize personally, the Organiser will provide the opportunity to do so from its premises in Győr. Details must be agreed by e-mail.
Criteria for exclusion from the Game
The Promoter will exclude or disqualify without giving reasons those who meet any of the conditions set out below:
– in any forum (offline or online) or in any message board post related to the Game, makes a comment that is prejudicial to the reputation or business interests of the Promoter or
– any other Player’s human dignity, rights or legitimate interests,
– is unsportsmanlike, participates in the Game in an unethical manner,
– contains obscene, profane or indecent content or content that is objectionable for any reason (including, but not limited to, content that violates the personal or copyright rights of others, pornographic, vulgar or offensive to morality, etc.), – is in breach of the rules of the Game, orPlayers who post comments that are vulgar, profane, pornographic, vulgar or indecent) will be disqualified or ineligible to participate in the draw.
The Organiser reserves the right to exclude any post not in compliance with these Rules from the Game without any prior notice, either in advance or subsequently, and the participation will be void.
By participating, the Player declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted the present Rules of the Game, and therefore considers the provisions contained therein to be binding.
If the Player violates or fails to comply with the Game Rules, the Promoter may disqualify the Player from the Game and, in the event of a possible win, shall not be obliged to award the Prize. In this case, the Organiser may claim compensation from the Player for any resulting or related damages.
Data management, data protection
The provision of data as described in these Rules is voluntary. Those who participate in the Game acknowledge and expressly agree that:
The Organiser, as data controller and as data processor, will process and process the personal data provided (full name, telephone number, e-mail address, delivery address [postal code, city, street, house number]) in connection with the Game for the purposes of participation in the Game, contact and administration of the Game and the delivery of the prizes during the duration of the Game;
Subject to the prior consent of the Player, specifically given for this purpose during their participation in the Game, in the event of winning, their names will be disclosed by the Promoter in connection with the Game without any further conditions or consideration;
By participating, they expressly accept all provisions of the Game Rules in all respects. The data controller is the Promoter.
The Player acknowledges that requesting the deletion of the data necessary for the conduct of the Game before the prize is awarded will lead to disqualification from the Game.
The data controller guarantees that the data processing will be carried out in full compliance with the legal provisions in force.
The controller shall keep personal data confidential and shall take all security, technical and organisational measures necessary to ensure the security of the data.
The Data Controller shall provide the Player with the opportunity to request information about the processing of his/her personal data, request their deletion or rectification at any time by sending an email to the Organizer’s address or by sending an email to: info@xs-alu.com.
In addition, the Player has the right to object to the processing of his/her personal data and the right to restrict the data processed.
The Player may exercise his/her rights to information, deletion, rectification, objection to the processing of his/her data and restriction of the processed data in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
The Player is entitled to initiate an investigation by the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information or to take legal action in the event of complaints or violation of his/her rights in connection with data management. The data controller and the data processor shall act in compliance with the applicable legal requirements in the course of data processing.
Liability
The Promoter excludes its liability for any malfunction of the Instagram page required to participate in the Game for reasons beyond its control, during which time the website is unavailable or restricted.
Instagram’s decisions affecting the organisation of the Game, which may interfere with the conduct of the Game during the duration of the Game, shall be considered force majeure and shall be beyond the control of the Promoter.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any damages caused by this or by any unforeseeable events beyond its control (force majeure) or by the actions of third parties for which it is not responsible, including in the event that the delivery of the Prize is prevented for reasons beyond its control or the premature termination of the Game.
The Promoter further excludes all liability for any claim for damages, compensation or indemnification arising from or in connection with any delay or loss arising from or related to the Game or the Prize.
The Player further acknowledges that the content, performance, message and data transmission and response speeds of the technical infrastructure of the Game are dependent on the server technology and may be adversely affected by factors beyond the control of the Promoter, such as (but not limited to) connection failure, server computer performance, network congestion, network congestion, coverage and the maintenance of a secure network connection. The Promoter excludes all liability arising from the provisions of this paragraph.
Other
Participation in the Game constitutes automatic and express acceptance of these Game Rules. Players accept the Promoter’s decision as binding in any matter relating to the Game, the Game Rules and their interpretation. The Promoter reserves the right to unilaterally and immediately amend or supplement these Game Rules.
In the event that the Game is terminated or the Game Rules are amended by the Promoter, the Promoter will endeavour to make this public in advance on Instagram @xs.
The Organiser excludes its responsibility for any external, so-called sql attacks or malfunctions of the Instagram page or the server running them. Thus, in case of such external attacks, the Players receive incorrect system messages regarding their prizes, winner/non-winner status, etc., the Promoter shall not be liable for such cases.
These Rules shall be governed by Hungarian law and any disputes arising in connection with participation in the Game shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts.
The Game is in no way sponsored by or affiliated with Instagram. The data is not provided to Instagram, but to the Promoter.
Any disputes arising in connection with this Game shall be settled by the Promoter. This provision is without prejudice to the rights of the players to seek redress under any applicable law.
The Game may be terminated or modified by the Promoter at any time without notice and without giving any reason.
